TRASER Rental 365 x Digando

Our TRASER Rental 365 x Digando app connects TRASER Rental 365 with the rental portal DIGANDO.

As a user of the TRASER Rental 365 x Digando app, you benefit from the following functionalities:

Key Features of the Interface:

• Receive Booking Information
  The app automatically receives booking information and updates from Digando. New bookings and changes are imported into TRASER Rental 365 and processed accordingly.
• Send Booking Updates
  Updates related to deliveries and returns are sent from TRASER Rental 365 back to Digando.
• Cancel Bookings
  Bookings can be canceled directly within the app. These cancellations are reflected in both TRASER Rental 365 and Digando.
• Automatic Creation of Contracts or Quotes
  Based on incoming bookings, the app can automatically generate contracts or sales quotes. These documents follow predefined rules which can be set up in the TRASER Rental 365 x Digando interface directly and can be further edited or approved within TRASER Rental 365.
• Product Creation and Management
  Products can be created in Digando directly from TRASER Rental 365. Additionally, products can be deactivated from within TRASER Rental 365 if they are no longer available.
• Regular Product Updates
  Product data, especially availability information (e.g., blocked or unavailable time periods), is regularly sent to Digando to ensure accurate planning and booking.
• Transaction Log
  All interface transactions - both incoming and outgoing - are logged in a dedicated transaction log within TRASER Rental 365. This allows for full traceability and monitoring of the data exchange between systems.

The TRASER Rental 365 x Digando app enables automated and efficient handling of booking-related processes, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent data across systems.

TRASER Software solutions are developed in cooperation with the users and will be updated continuously.
